She worked directly with Facebook and its official partners, building a team of specialists and scaling business activities. In addition, she was responsible for comprehensive customer service, from preparing a communication strategy for a given product to its implementation. Laura also has experience in total management of efficiency campaigns in various communication channels, building a product communication strategy, expanding the portfolio to European markets, acquiring effective partners for cooperation, and developing business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"cele-i-zadania-jako-team-leader-zespolu-realizacji\"><strong>Goals and tasks as a Team Leader of the Traffic team<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Laura's most essential tasks include improving and supervising the functioning of the Implementation Department. In addition, she will be responsible for supporting employees in running and optimizing the campaign building appropriate relationships with the agency's clients. The position of Team Leader requires constant cooperation with the Sales Department. Thus, Laura will take an active part in expanding the agency's portfolio and developing new products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Selectivv has its own DMP platform, under which we analyze and profile data on 14 million users of mobile devices in Poland. We use this information to implement campaigns and reach the right groups of users in precisely defined locations with the advertisement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We constantly cooperate with the country's largest media houses and advertising agencies.
