II. RULES FOR THE USE OF COOKIES

Our Website uses cookie technology. The information collected in this way is used to optimise the operation of the website, improve user experience and for statistical and marketing, including advertising, purposes. Cookies record user activity and recognise the user's Device, allowing the website to be displayed in a way that is best adapted to individual needs. The solutions we use are fully secure. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to enter your Devices through them.

The information contained in cookies is encrypted, which prevents unauthorised persons from accessing it. It may be read by the Controller and, exclusively for technical reasons, by its trusted technology contractors.

Within the Website, we use two main types of files based on their storage period:

Session cookies: Temporary files that remain on your Device until you leave the Website or close your browser. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory.

Persistent cookies: These remain on your Device for the period specified in the parameters of a given file or until you manually delete them yourself. Closing the browser or turning off the Device does not automatically delete them.

None of the above mechanisms, whether session-based or persistent, allows any confidential information or confidential personal data to be collected directly from your Device.

We also use Third-Party Cookies, meaning information originating from external servers of our partners, such as advertising systems or map providers. They allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and design promotional activities in line with users' preferences.

III. CLASSIFICATION OF COOKIES BY PURPOSE

All cookies used on our Website are divided into two main categories:

  1. Basic cookies, necessary and analytical

Technical cookies, strictly necessary: These files are required for the proper, secure and stable operation of the Website. They are responsible, among other things, for correctly displaying content depending on the type of Device, adjusting technical settings, such as selecting the website language, and remembering decisions regarding consent to display specific content. Under the law, these files do not require your consent, as they are necessary to provide the service electronically.

Analytical cookies: These help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities without directly identifying users. They are used to analyse traffic statistics, verify visit sources, detect abuse, such as artificial traffic generated by bots, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns conducted, among others, within the Google network on external websites. These files are activated only after you give your consent in our Consent Management Platform (CMP).

  1. Marketing cookies

These files are installed only after you give your explicit consent. Through them, we profile advertisements displayed both on our Website and on external portals, based on an analysis of user behaviour and activity on our website. Their validity period is up to a maximum of 2 years from the moment of installation.

When entering our website, you have the full right not to agree to marketing cookies. In such a case, the advertisements displayed will be general in nature only and will not be tailored to your interests. We use certified tools provided by Google to publish and profile advertisements.

IV. CONSENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND BROWSER SETTINGS

Pursuant to Article 399 of the Act of 12 July 2024, Electronic Communications Law (PKE), storing cookies requires your informed consent. Respecting these regulations, we have implemented an advanced consent management system on our Website, namely a CMP platform, in the form of a banner that appears on your first visit. We do not make consent dependent on the default settings of your browser. Tracking scripts are activated only after you click the "I accept" button. You may withdraw your consent or change your preferences at any time by using the cookie management link or widget available on the Website.

Regardless of the above, you can restrict or completely disable access to cookies from the level of your web browser. These changes can be made in the browser settings, for example Chrome, Firefox or Safari, by blocking automatic handling of files or requesting notifications each time they are saved. You may also manually delete all cookies previously saved on your Device at any time. Please note that completely blocking technical cookies may negatively affect certain functionalities and prevent proper use of some resources of our Website.
