We analyzed users of 4 popular shopping applications (Allegro, Ali Express, OLX, Amazon) and customers of 5 popular shopping malls (3 in Warsaw and 2 in Wrocław).

Description of specific effects of the implemented activities

The research showed that most of the users who buy gifts online do so mostly in November. The exception is Allegro users who buy Christmas gifts in the application also in December. About 20% of shopping center customers also shop online.
