We conducted a demographic analysis and determined the characteristics of customers of a specific shopping center and a competitive shopping center located nearby.
We have defined the zones from which customers come to both locations. The research report included an analysis of the co-use of commercial facilities in the reaserched city.
During the research, we determined, among others percentage of shopping center customers buying at discount stores: Lidl and Biedronka, or shopping online. The research made it possible to plan advertising activities tailored to the profile of customers in the analyzed shopping center.
