At the beginning of November, Laura Zychowicz joined #TeamSelectivv Laura has taken the position of Team Leader of the implementation team and will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Implementation department and supporting the Sales team.
Laura Zychowicz spent the last year working in a performance marketing agency as the Head of Social Media, where she was responsible for paid advertising in social media. She worked directly with Facebook and its official partners, building a team of specialists and scaling business activities. In addition, she was responsible for comprehensive customer service, from preparing a communication strategy for a given product to its implementation. Laura also has experience in total management of efficiency campaigns in various communication channels, building a product communication strategy, expanding the portfolio to European markets, acquiring effective partners for cooperation, and developing business relationships.
Laura's most essential tasks include improving and supervising the functioning of the Implementation Department. In addition, she will be responsible for supporting employees in running and optimizing the campaign building appropriate relationships with the agency's clients. The position of Team Leader requires constant cooperation with the Sales Department. Thus, Laura will take an active part in expanding the agency's portfolio and developing new products.
