The client made us face the challenge of selling the largest flats in their offer. Due to their size and price, it was not an easy task. 10 apartments ranging in size from 70 to 100 square meters is an offer that requires thoughtful actions to promote.

The client decided to turn to us. Consultation with our specialists allowed to establish an action plan taking into account goals and risks. Summer and vacation is the time when most people want to rest. Assuming that additional education at that time was not attractive to young people, we had to reach those who thought about the summer school and were looking for one. Our first task was to precisely define what categories of traits should characterize the target group and specify their values. Reaching a potential target group was not an easy task. Among other things, there was a huge age discrepancy, so we had to take an effective strategy that helped achieve the expected results.

Presentation of the applied solution to the problem - charity campaign

We started our work by identifying the client's needs and preparing an effective strategy. The first step in planning an effective campaign is choosing a well-thought-out target audience. This time, they were people aged 25+, using a specific type of smartphone, visiting real estate agencies, or running a business. In addition, we directed the campaign to people in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, working in quarantine, visiting electronics stores, and interested in interior finishing. We found the appropriate data thanks to the usage of our technology - an extensive DMP and Geotrapping® database.

Our activities were largely based on proper consultation with the client and informing them about the campaign’s progress. Our specialists were with them from the planning stage, through its start, to completion and summary.
