The client's goal was to achieve user registrations for TEB educational courses for people of Ukrainian nationality - as much as possible .

The client decided to turn to us. Consultation with our specialists allowed to establish an action plan taking into account goals and risks. Summer and vacation is the time when most people want to rest. Assuming that additional education at that time was not attractive to young people, we had to reach those who thought about the summer school and were looking for one. Our first task was to precisely define what categories of traits should characterize the target group and specify their values. Reaching a potential target group was not an easy task. Among other things, there was a huge age discrepancy, so we had to take an effective strategy that helped achieve the expected results.

Presentation of the applied solution to the problem - charity campaign

The success of a campaign is always connected to the correct definition of a specific target group to which the prepared content is delivered. Based on information from the clients and their needs, we were able to identify the characteristics of the intended recipients. Both women and man (equal numerical values) were considered, assuming that these are people aged 20 to 35 years. We were able to specify the target so that the campaign reached users who were recently interested in post-secondary schools or postgraduate courses. Using our proprietary Geotrapping® technology, we directed the content to users in cities and/or located within a radius of 30 kilometers from them. We took additional information on targeting from previous campaigns created for the client.

Our activities were largely based on proper consultation with the client and informing them about the campaign’s progress. Our specialists were with them from the planning stage, through its start, to completion and summary. Thanks to the effective identification of the client's needs, appropriate communication, setting goals and the degree of risk, and above all - a well-conducted campaign, it was possible to achieve the client's set goal.
